Launch of the Podcast “Conversas a Propósito”
Today – December 16, 2024 – the celebrations of International Migration Day begin with the launch of episode zero, divided into four parts, of the podcast “Conversas a Propósito”.
A series of 10 episodes of 10 minutes that will address essential topics such as health, education, employment, culture and, mainly, share real testimonies from migrants.
Episode zero, released this Monday, is special. It presents the activities scheduled to mark International Migration Day in Fundão, celebrated on December 18th.
The first moment, available on Rádio Cova da Beira's Facebook page, features the participation of Alcina Cerdeira, municipal councilwoman, who shares her first reflections on the importance of interculturality in the municipality.
The podcast “Conversas a Propósito”, from the municipality of Fundão in partnership with Rádio Cova da Beira and Incubadora de Música, is part of the WELDI – URBACT project, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, which promotes human rights and the right to city for all residents, regardless of their nationality or residency status.
