The workshop was conceived and will be led by the O Lugar Comum team, in collaboration with experts from leading public institutions in the areas of intercultural mediation and labor rights. Over the course of three days, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge, share experiences and develop practical strategies to act in contexts marked by cultural diversity and labor vulnerability.
The INTEGRALITY project is implemented in Portugal by the Instituto Marquês de Valle Flôr (IMVF) and the Municipality of Fundão, and aims to develop and apply an integrated and multisectoral strategy to promote the labor and socioeconomic inclusion of migrants in agriculture, in accordance with national and European legislation. The project also takes place in Italy, Cyprus, Austria and Greece, and is funded by the European Union, through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
